Welcome to Washington School District!

A child eligible for admission to Kindergarten must be (5) years old on or before May 31, 2026.

When completing the emergency contact section, we are asking you to provide contact information for at least three (3) individuals.    These contacts may include yourself, spouse and one (1) other, or you can have three (3) different people.

If you already have a Skyward Account, log into your Skyward to complete an enrollment application.  If you need you password reset or your username, send me an email.

2026-2027 Online Enrollment

    Below is the information that is required for Student Registration.

• Complete all online forms available for each student being registered
• If possible and when prompted, upload the following documents to the registration:
• Proof of residency:
• A current deed; 
• A mortgage statement (no more than three months old); 
• An active residential lease agreement; 
• A utility bill (no more than three months old); 
• An internet bill (no more than three months old); 
• A credit card bill (no more than three months old); 
• A bank statement (no more than three months old); 
• A tax bill (no more than three months old); 
• An insurance document (no more than three months old); or 
• A piece of mail sent in the past three months by the federal or state government such as benefits information, voter registration, or tax documents
• Proof of age:
• Birth certificate
• Notarized copy of birth certificate
• Baptismal certificate
• Copy of the record of baptism (notarized or duly certified and showing the date of birth
• A valid passport
• A prior school record indicating the date of birth
• Immunizations: 
•  immunization records
• A written statement from the former school or from a medical office that the required immunizations have been administered, or that a required series is in progress
• Verbal assurances from the former school or a medical office that the required immunizations have been completed with records to follo

(School nurse will contact you if any immunizations are needed)

• Custody agreement or other court-issued documentation
• Prior academic records (including but not limited to transcripts, report cards, special education paperwork, etc.)
